Hi Everyone, My name is Jim and proud to say i've have been off the stink sticks for a month today after a 35 year up to 2 pack a day habbit. I am presently using a smoov bat. with a blank cart. I did luck out and found juice I liked local but now I want to upgrade to a better vaping experience. I was leaning towards an ego vv with a tank but not sure anymore. I have spent hours looking at different units and now i am just getting confused. Am I right in saying that if it has a 510 end it will fit all 510 ends. I just don't want to waste alot of money right now for something I may not be happy with. Are the kock offs just as good as originals? Just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks, Jmi

Congrats on quitting and yes 510 connectors are pretty much universal. Do yourself a favor and skip the Twists. They break when dropped and are expensive in the long run to replace. Get a Provari....might seem like a lot now but youre investing in yourself and your future.

Good job on the switch. Just about any ego vv like the twist is a step up. I personally wouldnt go straight to a provari. It has a very confusing menu system for a new vaper. Another option other than an ego would be a lavatube/varitube. There is a lot of various lavatubes out there. I have the varitubex from ivape.net and love it. Easy to use, nice features and isnt too hard on the wallet.

Congrats on quitting Jim :toast: It all can get really overwhelming if you start browsing through every site and every pv lol. I'm guilty of doing that every day, even though I have a great set up I love. My advice is: 1) Make a list of what you want out of the pv. 2) Search for options that fit that criteria. 3) Pick a pv and vape while you stalk the mailman/woman :)

Hi and welcome! 510 is a thread size, so all 510s will fit 510s. (eGos have a 510 thread). There are lots of clones around of just about everything. I use clone clearos, but when it comes to batteries, I'd rather pay $6.00 +/- more and get a Joyetech - but that's just me.

Hi Jim & Welcome to ECF! I agree with The Ocelot
