After 20 years of smoking I stopped smoking last week on friday. I smoked at least 1 pack and somedays 2 packs. For 1,5 month i smoked and vaped. Last friday i bought my new atii sapor v2 rda and i gave a chance to 9 mg nbase. I noticed that i did not want to smoke anymore. For a week i ve mostly vape nbase without aroma and happy with it and happy in my life. I ve not had cravings. Although its 1 week i feel my lungs better. When i wake up in the mornings i can now take deep breaths without sizzling in my lungs. I feel so happy. Thanks to EFC and your encourages stories.
