WOW… it’s been 1yr since I used to smoke… 2+ PAD!


It used to be that I couldn’t see beyond wanting to stop smoking.


This is CRAZY, cool… a year already.


I actually entertain the idea of not vaping in the near future. LoL


I’ve realized more Q-time with my family doing “stuff”-- rather than lighting up.


I LIKE the feel of taking a DEEP breathe, tasting food & savoring the aromas of life.


I am 42 & I like the thought of living the rest of my life without cigarettes.

Congrats on the one year mark! way to go. 3 months for me and I can already feel a big difference. Breathing easier no cough etc etc etc. Maybe someone could make a count down counter for those of us shooting for that 1st year being smoke free. 275 more days for me.

Pretty amazing how a person can take a year out of their life with so little pain and so much joy at the end of it.
I'm with you too, working my way to quitting vaping as well. Some days it works ok, some it doesn't...go with the flow. No harm, a lot to gain.

Hey! that's Delicious.
This old crank is one month analog free after over 50 yrs.
One thing with me though...is if I don't have it (Vaping) when I first wake up in the am..it really doesn't bother me. I'm doing 26mg of tobacco flavor. I probably see myself after maybe a year or so, of just about actually lowering my Nic intake to a lower %.
I'll see...unless the Iron Lung gets me first! LOL
I actually sleep without having a coughing spell and causing a coniption fit with the dear wife whom was a non smoker..and hates the analog trail of carcinogens that she breathed for the 45 years she is with me.
For Christmas she said she was going to the Dome Heepo and get me a nail puller for a present.
I said, WHAT!!...and she said, "Yep you can start pulling out a few thousand of those nails that you drove into your casket all those pittiful years of doing analogs!" .... I had to laugh! Ha Ha Ha ,.....and without coughing and wheezing like Jackie Gleason..
OOooooo how wonderful it is Alice..(cack..cough..hack Yack snort yack)..!!!! (eyes Bulging, and neck veins popping out red!!

Right now I bounce between 12-18mg. The past year was 18-24mg... & I throw in a couple of 6mg days here & there for giggles. Used to do 15ml a week, now that same 15ml is going on 3 weeks-- I drip, which cuts down on excessive use, over-filling carts, drooling attys, etc. YMMV.

I am looking forward to the day I can say I have been analog free for a year, I imagine it feels amazing. I can hardly wait for it to happen for me. I have smoked off and on for over 28 yrs and am almost at 60 days which seems to have just flown by...

Thanks Kelly! The time does fly by quickly... but not so fast as to notice that I picked up a couple of spare minutes during the day by not having to go somewhere specific to take a nic break, or run to the store to pick up a pack a smokes... most of the nonsense smoker routine is long gone & I have more time to spend with those that matter most.

16,550 analogs avoided...that is truly awesome!!! I used the same signature tag as you because I wanted to keep track of the analogs I have not smoked, the money is nice too but it was the analogs I wanted to know most of all. So you have avoided 16,550 of them as of today 11/18/10...WAY TO GO!! You really should be proud of yourself for that. I don't count the days like I used to do when I used the gum or the patch and the only way I know is by looking at my banner here on ECF. So the day I see 365 on there I am going to jump for joy. You and all the others on this site inspire me to be better and to do better and for that I am very grateful.
