1 week smoke free (again)

Well Today is one week smoke free. This is the second time i picked back up vaping thanks to my brother. I broke out my ego from two years ago and said this time for sure. Got a couple new flavors Atomic fireball and Watermelon bubblegum love them both. Things are good ordered a provari last monday morning and just suffered threw the week wensday i almost gave up but put a cartomiser on my ego battery and that helped a bunch. Way better vapor compared to my old atomizers that was enough to get to saterday morning when my provari came in. There is no way im going back to smelly smokes this time the provari makes vaping so much better. One week smoke free this morning!!! Thanks ecf for a weeks worth of knowledge reading and helping me threw.

This is my second time quitting as well. First was using NRT patches and lozenges. Worked for a week but then it didnt help.

Rock on.....I almost wish I had a choice but didn't. I had Bronchitis so bad, I could hardly finish a sentence without coughing. I really loved smoking for some reason. Found these things and now, after 33 years of smoking, I think I can positively say I've quit. We're almost on the same time-table....hope it works for you like it's worked for me.....

Thanks for the vote of confidence. But im pretty sure it is going to work this time. The provari is a wonderful tool makes my ego feel and perform weak. But still better than smoking

Second time quitting and new here also. The first time, we went cold turkey and survived only 5 months before starting up with the smokes again. Am on day 7 switching from nasty sticks to e cigs.

Well done on your first week ... free .
I'm on day 9 and have to say I have found it not so bad apart from feeling a little bit hungry which passes if I vape a little extra.
I have not gained any weight which was my main worry and am already feeling much fitter.

Ok so i guess im not crazy even after 5 days i went up my dreaded flight of stairs at work 44 steps up to a crane way and i made it to the top without huffing and puffing. i just figured it was in my head maybe not i AM feeling better for sure

Glad to say that birddog40 is my brother and both of us are analog free over 1 month now. We also have started with DIY juice which is fun
