1 week tomorrow

Well who would have thought it. I have smoked for 20 years and never even tried to give up. Always something to not give up over.

A friend at work got this amazing device and like the diciple he likes to think he is started to spread the word of e-cigs.

Admittedly i was sceptical and had a go. I was Amazed to be honest and actually thought i could go through with ditching the cigs. 3 weeks later ( Payday!!) I went to the tobacconist and purchased my new and shiny vaporiser or as we like to call them toot flute.

I have now been cured for 6 whole days and even gone from starting on high strength to medium.

Have to admit i miss smoking in a way but the benefits are far outwaying the stinky smoke i used to puff out. I can breathe! and I can taste and even more so my kids are proud of me.
