Wooooot.. congrats Phat.
I remember quitting (3yrs now) gosh how I wish they had ecigs back then!
I know the first couple of weeks were horrible .. constantly wanting a cig. Dang I wished i had ecigs then lol .
Not a single bout of chronit bronchitis in last three years and as a smoker I battled broncitis and sinus infections 3-4 times a year. Now if I could just get hubby to quit! I cant even get him to seriously try ecigs.

Congrats! Wonderful people here, I love the forum as much as the ecigs now.

Today is my 8th day and I did have a ..... Got halfway threw it, felt and tasted like a horse did you know what in my mouth, my whole body stunk and am glad I did it to prove myself right.
If you do fall off the wagon, its OK, just brush yourself off, declare victory and move on.
