So I got me eGo a week ago today, and in 2 hours it will be exactly one week since I had my last analog!
My Wife has been keeping a 1/2 pack at work just in case i needed her to bring me one home on a bad night.
20 minutes ago I had her give them to one of her co-workers who is broke until payday and outta smokes...but I also had her give him the address for here, Evapers.com - Your e-cigarette and vapor source and Happy Vaper - Canada Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid, DIY Concentrated Flavorings!
Hopefully we'll see him here soon! :2cool:

Kudos! stay with it and work thru any issues. Make sure you keep plenty of juice and spare attys around as this is the most common reason for relapse. Work out your total nicotine consumption you were getting from cigs and make sure you use a liquid with high enough nic to meet what your body is accustomed to until you get a comfort zone.

Again, great for you!!! I finally kicked a 30 year / 2+ ppd habit with ecigs myself. Will be two years in March 2011.

I've been smoking for 30 years (Started at age 7) and smoking HEAVILY for 24 years. At my worst I was a 3 pack a day smoker of Export Green Regular (No filter) which were the strongest you could buy as a Canadian Brand.
Over the past few years, I've gotten down to a little over a 1/2 pack a day and cut my brand back to Peter Jackson Red Kings, but I just was NOT able to make that final leap to being "smoke free".
My Wife and I decided that we would quit completely together, and we ordered an eGo kit and supplies from Evapers.com - Your e-cigarette and vapor source
One week ago today, I smoked one on my last break at work, and when I got home my eGo and Juice was waiting for me (and a HUGE grin on my Wife's face as I walked in the door and she was smoking hers!), I haven't had one since.

A HUGE Thank You to everyone here, veterans and newbies! The info and support available around here has been a BIG help, especially in researching my facts to be able to debate the "Doom and Gloom" types who started giving me grief about e-cigs being so dangerous.

And to Jen8112, as I said in the thread you started...KEEP IT UP! If I can quit, ANYONE can do it. If you don't have the support from your local family, you'll definitely get it from this one!

I think we all kept some smokes around when we first changed over. I kept an unopened pack right infront of me while I was on a computer. One day I just picked them up and dropped them in the trash and haven't looked back since.

Way to go everyone! I can't wait until I hit the 1 year mark in August, 2011. I'm getting a present for my one year anniversary from my hubby.

Been playing with, and experimenting with ratio's and mixes for my juice to find "just the right mix" both for an all day vape, and for when I need that quick hit.
So far I'm not doin too badly...I find myself missing cigars, but I just found a Cohiba juice (my fav brand of cigar) so I'll be ordering that this week. Hope it lives up!

Thanks again to everyone, you guys are AWESOME!
