1 year cigarette free!

Hit the mark yesterday folks.I am officially one year and one day completely cigarette free. To those who say electronic cigarettes dont work.....up yours! I'm living proof they do. I started out at 36mg and have slowly, every 2-3 months, lowered my nicotine until Im now at just 6mg. In another 2-3 months Ill be completely nicotine free.

Big shout out and thanks to my friends here on ECF, too many of you to list but you know who you are.I couldnt have made it without your advise and support.Also thank you mods for your forbearance and patience, I know I didnt make it easy. You have a tough thankless job at times but most of us appreciate all that you do. You guys rock!!

WAY TO GO!!!

Ain't it AMAZIN'?!?!?!?

I've been at 6mg for over a year now (successfully started at 24mg), and through unfortunate circumstances, my roommate ended up in ICU 7 weeks ago. I've been with him in the hospital most days and nights ever since, and have surprisingly gone for DAYS without vaping at all...and I was completely FINE!

I have no doubt, I could put everything down right now and never vape again...but I LIKE vaping. (I also went without my morning coffee for several days, but got headaches. I NEED my coffee, but I enjoy my vape - sorta like I enjoy the occasional chocolate bar. )

So HAPPY for you! (and for me)
