There you are! I got to post mine last week and I asked....where is Zapped, they are near one year also! Congrats! I started out at 24 mg and then dropped to 18mg. I am still on 18, not sure I have any plans to stop.

Hit the mark yesterday folks.I am officially one year and one day completely cigarette free. To those who say electronic cigarettes dont work.....up yours! I'm living proof they do. I started out at 36mg and have slowly, every 2-3 months, lowered my nicotine until Im now at just 6mg. In another 2-3 months Ill be completely nicotine free.

Big shout out and thanks to my friends here on ECF, too many of you to list but you know who you are.I couldnt have made it without your advise and support.Also thank you mods for your forbearance and patience, I know I didnt make it easy. You have a tough thankless job at times but most of us appreciate all that you do. You guys rock!!
