1 year with ecig

hello everyone
just want to share my success with everybody in this great community because all the score are because of e cig and this forum.
so after about 15 years smooking analogs , i am now analog-free for a year,thanks to vaping

now i have no craving or anythings else to analogs and am now even thinking of quitting ecig also.

it was a very pleasing and welcoming friend for a one year and it did not let me down.

True, we absolutely have no way to know if ecig is ok for your health or not in the long term. At least you prove that it's safe for 1 year

Best method to quit ecigs? I really don't know, lots of motivation and courage? It should be easier than analogs I guess. Or you can just buy some propylene glycol and start vaping just that to help quit.
