10,000 UNSMOKED Cigarettes

Yup, I've now avoided a whopping 10,000 cigarettes - 500 days since my last "nasty".

With heartfelt thanks to the many, many counselors and advisers whose paths I've been graced to cross - I can safely say, "I couldn't have made it without you"

Congrats. I love hearing the success stories.

Quitting is hard and I hate hearing how vaping doesn't work when I know thousands of people on ECF it has worked for.

I'd love to see forums for Nicorette gum or chantix that show even a tenth of the success rate we see here.
