100% complete E-cig NOOB!

The Title of my post says it all! I know nothing about vapeing other than a few you tube vid's I have watched. The terminology is all Greek to me as well. I feel lost but am intrigued by the thought of getting away from smoking as my nicotine delivery source.

I live in the Brooksville, Florida area and was wondering if there were any "vapers" in this area that could direct me to a local retailer that won't rip me off/steer me in the wrong direction as far as what unit to buy/build etc.?

Again, I am clueless about all of this so I don't want to go off half-cocked; buying a ton of stuff off the net that I know absolutely NOTHING about! Same old story that I'm sure you have all heard before so I won't bore you anymore with talking except to say I realize that whatever I start off with, probably won't be what I end up with long term and that's cool with me, I just need a little direction!

Not sure how close you are to it, but there is a store in Tampa from Totally Wicked, they sell joyetech ego stuff that is rebranded to their name.

I lived in Brooksville for a little while. Small world!

I'm new as well, but I've found online vendors to be extremely helpful and affordable. I ordered my first supplies from Hoosier e-Cig, and although I haven't received my order yet, I'm pleased with the experience so far. If you don't want to trek to Tampa, online might be the way to go.

You are on the other side of the state from me, so I am not sure how close you are to Tampa and those areas, but I believe there are some places around there that may be close to you.

trepalium, I went & checked out your link as well on ecig101 and specifically watched the video "E-Cig 101 - Class 1 - What Do I Order First?"

Man, that was SUPER helpful in explaining the process of how the ecig works and some of the terminology involved!

Ok, I did my research and settled on the Totally-Wicked "Torpedo" with the 3ml. clear-o-mizer(sp?). Picked it up today at their Vaper's Lounge in Tampa...OMG WHAT A KICK ... UNIT! And really cool folks down there (customers as well!) The last cigarette I had was at 10:00am this morning and it's 5:41pm now! Already I notice a difference in my breathing...that's scary...and good!
