Right now I'm away at my summer home and I forgot to bring cotton and the cotton I had previously put in is burnt to .... and looks disgusting. The closest cvs is about an hour away and don't have anyway to get there. However I have some 100% cotton balls here from wallgreens is it safe to vape!?

Give it a boil. Dry it and it'll be fine. Might taste bad for a couple hits but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
If it says bleached with hydrogen peroxide, then you should be good, that's all my 100% organic cotton from rite-aid says on it
