100% VG highest quality nicotine available in Europe

I'm from Italy but our products are not very good specially with the new nicotine diluited in water is terrible it was make just to avoid taxes.

I need a well known recommended supplier with the highest grade quality certified nicotine in pure VG 100%

Don't mind to save money i just looking for the best quality available in Europe.

Please help me suggest me some nicotine suppliers meet my requirements.

In exchange I just want to ask you if you have any suggestion for a decent liquid to try direct lung vaping. Oh, so 100% VG was not a typo for PG.
I can tell you that the 100% PG bases sold by the guy I linked you are of outstanding quality.
If you don't vape 100% VG I'd give those a try TBH.

Ask the guy for a VG100 (or a VG90/10H2O) nic base. Doesn't cost him anything. If he's serious about his business, he'll surely do it.

I generally can't help honestly, but I might suggest asking the question in some of the EU forums, they may be able to help you, although I do think the suggestion to ASK the person you are currently working with to find out if he can supply in a VG base, maybe order a small batch (if he can do it) to test it for quality.

I only get my bases from him or water nicotine + pg and vg from an Italian PHARMACY that also sells certified vaping products, when I don't fall in love with commercial liquids and have them mixed for me right away in stores (ready-made e-liquids are going extinct here, guys, welcome to Italy in 2018: vaping is more taxed than smoking ). It's this place here:

For any non-italian speaker (the vast majority of you guys), this is an actual chemist/farmacy shop that only ships CERTIFIED PG/VG nicotine with papers regarding the purity of the batch. They don't have VG nicotine base on their site, however, but you may just try and ask them if they can craft it for you and ship it. They may say no or they may say yes, but asking for info won't cost you any money.

However I do think your best bet is the Lodigiano guy.

It is been a little while since I have seen any postings from him; but using the ECF search box (upper left on every page), it should be easy to find previous nicotine recommendations. Just enter the search term nic, and the user name mhertz. Then, click "search" and scroll through the links.
