Lol. Bad timing. You happened to hit Chinese New Year. The entire country basically shuts down for a month for the holiday. The people who answer the phones are probably a half a thousand miles away from them ATM. You likely haven’t been forgotten, but I wouldn’t expect anything at all to happen for at least a few weeks.

27 Jan to 18th of Feb is pretty much iffy this year, when you purchase Chinese direct, may want to remember Chinese New Year.
In the future, could read before you buy:
Sorry to hear about your experience. Some vendors have a bad track records and should be highlighted. Hope you report back with a positive results.
One method I subscribe to, is never order anything unless you know for sure it's legit and/or are willing to lose the money. I try to never purchase without talking to a live "named" person at the companies (confirm) address (If possible, get a direct phone number to that "named"person).
Next time:
Could Google search " order problem: vapesourcing ".
