Almost 1 month later I still don’t have my product.
Can anyone offer suggestions
On how to get my product that I’ve already paid for?

That looks like it could be a shady website. In their defense, it is a China website and they are just getting out of their Chinese New Year when the entire country goes on vacation for 3 - 4 weeks.
