It happened with some 70/30 I just got , has this happened to anyone? Its not rock solid a knife tip will slowly sink into it and it smells and taste correct, this is the first time I got 100mg. I usualy get 60mg and that never does this.

That sounds strange. The higher the VG, the more it will thicken, but should not freeze. My 50/50 is very thick.
Something must be wrong. I keep my freezer at minus 10 degrees Farenheit, and the 100% VG 100 mg./ml. rocket fuel gets stiff at that temperature -- but not that stiff.
If they diluted it, no telling what's in it besides water. If it was me. I wouldn't chance it.
You might want to dilute it with more water, then squirt it on your rose bushes. 
Personally, I wouldn't suggest that as it is known to kill bees.

You squirt the nic-juice on the leaves at sundown and avoid the buds and flowers. Back when you could get it (obviously I date myself), I used it that way on my rosebushes. Always had a bunch of dead Japanese beetles littering the ground around the roses; never saw a dead bee of any kind.

Did the FDA take your rose bushes away? LOL j/k
