ArcherB you do what you think you need to. I don't agree with you at all. You can't please every customer and in your case you can bash Vapw 101 all you want but in my view they did nothing wrong and owe you nothing.

I've gone out of my way to NOT bash 101Vape, and every time you say that I do, you prove that you are not reading my posts. But like I said, I need to look out for me. I ordered something I had not received. When you go to the grocery store and the guy sacking your groceries doesn't put that jar of spaghetti sauce, do you say, "Well, I should have checked. The store owes me nothing." What if that jar of sauce was $40? I'm willing to bet that your attitude would suddenly change.
Maybe you are different, but when I pay for something, I expect to get it, period. I don't care why I didn't get it, who lost it, who is at fault or any other excuses. I paid 101 Vapes for a MVP2. It is up to 101Vapes to get a MVP2 to me. I don't want excuses. I want my MVP2.

If you can't deliver on what you promise, don't take my money.

Oy, you've had bad luck, Archer,,,,,,,I hope they find it for you.

I do agree that 101vapes has SOME responsibility to HELP YOU find your package,,,,,,,,if the post office won't work with anyone but the shipper, then they (the shipper) need to step forward and help you find it.

I am hopeful that is what they are doing. crossing my fingers.

This morning I awoke to a brand new MVP2. I believe a neighbor dropped it off yesterday, but at 5:30 this morning, the Mrs was not forthcoming with coherent answers.

I think 101Vapes is off the hook (It is possible that she could have purchased another one locally, but I don't think any vape shops around here carry the V2 and I don't see any unreasonable charges on any of our credit cards).

I still need to give a hat tip to 101Vape's customer service department for working with my wife. I strongly believe that they would have made it right if it had not shown up (assuming this is the one). In the future, however, I might start having the PO hold any packages at the PO for personal pickup.

**EDIT** Yes, I will order from 101Vape again. They get an enthusiastic thumbs up.

I've bought a few things from them when they've had these sales, and I've been pleased so far. I've got one of the Ikarus "replicas" on pre-order with them, as well as a Kraken. I hope they get their stock soon.

I've used 101 vape for quite awhile and they have always done excellent with sales and shipping they are one of my goto venders
they have some great sales. check out the Ikarus hybrid replica they have for $40

Happy to hear your MVP arrived. I view life differently then you do. I learned from spending months of my life wasted in Vietnam to not allow small things like delivery to bother me.

We're all anxious to know if the MVP came from vape 101.

He's posted that it's been delivered. Wife's not saying much or was 'incoherent' at 5:30AM, or the neighbor dropped it off, or mail lady came by while the wife was at work... too confusing for me. He ordered it, it was delivered, now he's got it.

All is well... and he got it on his birthday as originally discussed, so he's happy =]

I can respect that. No point in sweating the small stuff. However, to me, this was not a little thing. Yeah, it was just $40, but it's not very often I get to squeeze anything at all from the family budget for just me. Every $20 I spend on vaping is a "daddy-date" to Steak and Shake my daughter misses out on. She'll grow out of that one day and want to take off with her friends, so this little MVP was a huge sacrifice for me, and I wasn't going to let it be a sacrifice for nothing. (And yes, I put on the paper hat while we are at Steak and Shake.)

I'm almost positive this is the one that came from 101. There are no local retailers that sell it around here (all have the V1) and there are no new charges on any of the credit cards. I believe a neighbor who hasn't checked their mail since Wednesday decided to check it yesterday and dropped it off when I was at work.

I'm happy for you. I understand the tight budget. I heard your backups were dead. All you really need is a standard eGo battery to use when your MVP is charging. I refuse to smoke again so I have a C Twist and 2 iTaste VV-3's fully charged. So far all my clearomizers work great on the MVP. Good luck and enjoy your new mod.

All I had was two standard ego batteries and two chargers. They had been giving me grief for a while, which is why I ordered my SVD in September. The egos were to be retired to back up status. When the SVD got hung up, I requested the MVP to hold me over. That was when my "good" ego charger failed. Then, last week, my "backup" charger also failed (it was flaky, that's why it was a backup). My replacement egos are currently on a plane somewhere between Hong Kong and San Francisco.
So it's supposed to be:
1) SVD
2) MVP
3) New Egos
4) Old Egos
Items 1-3 all got hung up in the mail. Three orders in a row worth about $170 had been lost or delayed in shipment. The MVP getting lost was the straw that broke the camel's back, leading to my temper tantrum.

I knew I needed a backup, but nothing I tried worked. I had learned my lesson and was only going to order from American companies, only to my first American company order get lost. I was not going to let this one get away.

So you are still waiting on a SVD, MVP, and eGo batteries from September? I can see why you were aggravated. I'm sure I would have canceled my order.

The SVD was from September 19. When that got hung up, I made a warranty claim on an ego battery on September 29. On October 26'th, the MVP was ordered.

LOL! I haven't cancelled the SVD because I keep thinking one of these other orders will hold me over and I was able to keep my old egos working. After none of them showed up and my egos finally failed... well, you know the rest.

Yeesh. I'm nominating your wife for sainthood.

(glad you finally got the MVP2, by the way)

I don't know another lady who deserves it more. :nun: You see what she has to put up with.

In my own feeble defense, I was much more patient and understanding when all this mess started in September with *another retailer*.

First order (MVP 2) with 101vape went awry, order was shipped but vanished. Replacement send out promptly, but all told 9 days went by before I got delivery.

Second order I placed (different product) was around 5pm on a Friday.. delivered the following Monday, very nice turn around time. Considering the price paid, I'd have been happy with a two week delivery time.
Kudo's to 101vape, hope they expand their selection a bit, easy to recommend this vendor. :toast:

In my experience with them, I learned that their packages are not insured (or so they told me). They took a hit for you.

Could be.. though when I messaged customer service, the eventual reply was that the package never made it to the initial sort facility. The pickup driver, evidently logged it, but it never went through processing at USPS. Things that make you go hmmm....
