I need help i was wonder about the nicotine in e-cigs because my friend is not 18 and is not going to me for a long time so since there is no tobacco and he wants to get liquid with no nicotine in it can he and I live in PA thanks for any help.

Sounds like a bait thread, to me, but essentially the guy is asking if people under 18 can buy e-cigs/juice that is free of nicotine. Theoretically it sounds like it would be legal, at this point in time, however any seller who'd be willing to go ahead and make such a sale would be not be doing the right thing. Some kids buying these could fuel a bad fire in several ways.

I suppose your underage friend COULD get anything he or she wants. SHOULD they get an ecig? NO.
No he should not get one. You must be 18 and if he won't be 18 for a long time then he has no need for a e cig. This sounds like trouble to me 
If this was actually the case, and you were a good friend, YOU WOULD JUST SAY NO E-CIG.
if you ask me, i would say that getting something when you not the legal age is an easy thing to do, but its wrong. most of us started smoking under the age of 18, i know i had my first cigarette around the age of 16. its certainlly not the right thing to do and if you are under age then you should stay away from all tobacco related products, and alcohol products until 21.
NOONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS PERMITTED TO PURCHASE ECIG PRODUCTS.... SUPPLIERS DO NOT SELL TO THEM AND ITS STRONGLY ADVISED NOT TO OFFER PRODUCTS TO MINORS
