10ML not filled again... Unbeleivable!!!

Ok I received my replacement bottle and this is just to much, I have no reason not to show what is going on here, IMG_0045.jpgonce again I am 1ml short. Inawera Gold Duct,

That is just not right. :( I would have to get in touch with the vendor and depending on the response, I would look for another. There are just so many wonderful vendors now. Thank you for your post. I guess I just learned another real benefit of making your own. I am proof that it is not something difficult to do. Good luck to you and you will have to let us know what happens.

Have you Every received a Bottle of e-liquid that had 1ml More that it should have?

Maybe the Cosmic e-Cigarettes Gods are just Balancing Out there Books for 2014?

We have changed lab procedures to fill flavor bottles all the way to the top (so you should get more than 10ml), and we are now examining every bottle of flavor in our inventory. I apologize for the inconvenience. We are fixing it immediately!

We have changed lab procedures to fill flavor bottles all the way to the top (so you should get more than 10ml), and we are now examining every bottle of flavor in our inventory. I apologize for the inconvenience. We are fixing it immediately!

This is good to hear and if you do indeed fix the issue, it will go a long way toward restoring customer confidence in your products and services. That you are addressing the matter makes me much more likely to re-order from you.

Just for the record, I recently placed a fairly large order for FA flavors ( right before Christmas ) and noticed similar issues with fill levels, almost exclusively in the clear bottles with white caps for whatever reason. I did have one leak as well but it was well sealed with included shrink wrap so it must have been due to a bottle defect of some sort and I can't fault you for that. I have/had no intention of calling CS over this because I don't want or need to have the ones with the issue replaced in their entirety, I just wanted what I paid for. However it did cast a bit of pale over an order that I was anxiously awaiting which on a positive note, was received in a very timely manner.

I see you poured the flavoring into a vial. Does the actual bottle not have ml markings?

It's good to hear that you guys will take care of this. Looking at NGAHaze's post it sounds like this is not a one time issue, but rather a fairly common problem.
