Ok, last night I hooked up my battery to my laptop to charge. I only let it charge for about an hour and then had to leave so I took it with me and then noticed that it wasn't vapping. Whenever nothing is screwed to the battery the light stays blue. When I screw on the atomizer the light turns off, and when I hit the button it will flash 3 times and that's it. It does the same thing even if I plug it into the charger. I took it back to the store about an hour ago and they gave me a new one. It didn't have a charge so I plugged it into my laptop for about 30 minutes and took it off to test and now it does the exact same thing that the last one is doing. :(

You are either causing damage to the battery due to the improper output of the USB, or its entirely possible you are over-tightening the battery on the charger, causing the contact to become pushed down.

Try the fix below, if it works, then your are over-tightening. If not its likely the power-source/charger.
