12 Blinks on my charger - fried batteries?

Hello

I have a penstyle e cig that I just got last week. I believe the charger was defective...because after 3 days, I got a burning smell from the charger, and it would no longer turn red when plugging in the batteries. I got a new charger...NOW when I plug them in, shortly after, the light blinks 12 times...then turns green. What does this mean? One of my batteries that this happens to is barely vaping, the other works okay...not as good as before though.

Sounds like the duff charger damaged the batteries.

Do they get hot ?.

No...it simply does nothing. If I drain the battery a little bit...it takes a little longer for the charger to do the blinking thing. But still, something is wrong...because it just doesn't smoke the way it used to..

Blinking repeatedly like that there is definately something wrong.

I would contact the seller .

You have not had them long they should send replacements.

Contacted seller, they are going to replace the unit. I think the charger shorted out...but still functioned partially, but ruined the batteries in the process. My guess the "15 Blinks" means that some circuit in the battery fried or something like that.
