They need to either ship the juice I ordered from them eight days ago or refund my money. They may be having server issues but that's their issue, not mine. I'm just a consumer that has paid for product that has not been received. If you are going to be in business, you need to have contingency plans for when something goes wrong.

CHERRY tobacco: I can only say, If i were to compare it to pipe tobacco - a real "cherry tobacco" blend I smoked a while back it is 'stronger' on flavor and the aroma is 'pleasing'. I like it - I would prefer it a bit 'lighter' in taste - however, if one seeks a good solid "cherry taste on inhale, also on exhale with a small after-taste that I do NOT find objectionable - this might do it. I DO taste a bit of 'tobacco' - but since I am so aware of the 'cherry' I think my taste buds / six remaining brain cells just miss the 'tobacco' flavor that is present. OVERALL I like it and would go another round. Now ............. only 29 to go when this bottle is gone.

CHERRY tobacco: I can only say, If i were to compare it to pipe tobacco - a real "cherry tobacco" blend I smoked a while back it is 'stronger' on flavor and the aroma is 'pleasing'. Emailed lucky 7 last night hoping to hear something soon...normally I would just sit and b patient but today sucks, I'm almost outta juice, was supposed to b getting a bottle in mail today from my local b&m (which is almost 40 miles away) and to top it off can't even drive up to get more cuz my ATM card apparently expired today and new one hasn't come in mail yet could raid my old lady's juices but hers are all way lower nicotine doses....yay, so yeah hoping shipments are being pumped out

I am mad. No communication from them about my order. They won't answer my emails. They have my money and I have nothing from them. I can assure you that I will *not* place any addition orders with them.

I have HHV, Pear 50/50 and a ton of Vapage, vanilla don't know the PG/VG it is whatever they sell and they are not telling. The Vapage vanilla is very well steeped.

I don't know when you sent your e-mail but most of the time when they have answered mine it has been late in the evening. A lot of outfits leave mail tasks for the end of the day.

Thanks, George, I have emailed them multiple time but, alas, no reply from them. They should not have run a sale if they weren't in a position to handle orders and then fulfill them. I wouldn't be quite so angry if they would simply reply to my email and give me an estimated date of shipment.
oncebitten, we were never expecting to get 1,480 orders in one day due to the vapor joe shout out. We do not have hundreds of employees and are doing what we can with what we have. We are sorry, if you would like a refund just send me the order #. We dont want to have customers leave us, but we understand. Trust me, this turned into a HUGE deal, we figured couple hundred, not 1,480 orders in one day!

We are working all hours of the night and on weekends (normally closed weekends) just to make sure orders are going out. Site will be back up Monday and we need to be ready for that. Don, I too like Lucky 7 Cherry Tobacco. On the other hand I was disappointed with his Cappucino. But there is a light in this sky. On a whim, the Cherry tank was down maybe a 1/4 or so and I filled it with some Cappuccino. Shook it and wallah! A very pleasant result, with the cherry flavor toned down a little and the cappuccino now useable. Very much like I remember the old Cherry Blend pipe tobacco now. Neat.

YOOPERDAD: I added just a "tad" (just a "skosh" ya know) of the 'VG' I also purchased and shook it until my harm was tired. It toned it down just enough to make it quite good for the old man. I would still imagine those who love a good 'cherry belt' will love the flavor as it comes from the bottle. I have only mixed 'tobacco flavors' and came up with one I call, "Burnt Inner-Tube In An Oil Can" - it's really nasty. Maybe I'll try mixing 'flavors' - but I'll have to do it in really tiny amounts!
