Ok so both of these mods use the same chipset, and I was told they won't fire below a 1.5 ohm.

Just to let everyone know, I wrapped a 1.05 on my kayfun 3.1 tonight and it fires just fine on both. Wasn't trying to get it that low, but hey. Just wanted to share incase anyone was wondering before buying one of these lovely devices.

Not sure if that's good news, so long as your batteries are high drain and can handle the amperage running that low resistance, no problem. But it would be putting a lot of strain on the electronics in the mod. If the electronics are operating outside of specifications, it also makes one wonder how good the safety circuitry might be....
