Defibs weren't even common way back when....lolIf by basics you mean "it powers everything," and "It's used to defibrillate bodies," then we must have been in the same school lol

If I can speak on behalf of my own generation for a moment. We're idiots! (present company excluded of course)Ahhhh haaaa! You have enough common sense to do your OWN research, why can't other people.
Reason:
The YouTubes and The Wikipedias of the interwebs are so full of misconception that people take it as gospel without further research and....SHOCKER: READING!

My generation and younger would rather use the net for pornography, kitten videos, mail order cellphones, and flappy bird, than use it as the educational tool it's meant to be. Furthermore, nobody ever told half of my generation to QUESTION what they read or hear. Only through questions can true understanding come to fruition. I get tired of hearing my peers say "Wikipedia says,"... Wikipedia is an open source encyclopedia, meaning anyone can edit it. Sorry if any of that sounded angry, I hate my generation probably as much as your generation hates us lol.

Lol.....I say "ban kitten videos".... I don't hate your generation, I really don't. However, there are PARENTS of your generation I'd like to smack around. Technology can be a wonderful thing, but it's also created a generation of now young adults who grew up not having to think. "google it" could be the motto for them. Parents didn't teach their kids to think, or to question. I like Wiki, but I sure don't take it as gospel! If I can speak on behalf of my own generation for a moment. We're idiots! I agree. I come from a family where knowledge is power. Sure, Google offers answers, but to most people that's it. That's what most people are after when they use it anyway, a quick answer. Ban kitten videos! I'm gonna make a shirt out of that haha.Lol.....I say "ban kitten videos".... I don't hate your generation, I really don't. Omg I hate that with a fiery passion. Back in my English Literature class in college we'd sometimes have to grade other students papers. I can't tell you how many argumentative essays I'd put an F on for citing Google. There were more than a few that'd say "Google says..".Google can be soooooo helpful.....but when people quote "yahoo answers" as fact....lol....Oy!
Lmaooooooo.... Our cites were Encyclopdia Brittanica or World Book of Knowledge....we HAD to research!Omg I hate that with a fiery passion. If you banned kitten and puppy videos, that would take out a good 60-75 percent of all of my web surfing.Lol.....I say "ban kitten videos".... I don't hate your generation, I really don't. Lmaooooooo....OK, I'll concede to cutting 75% of kitten videos out, that still leaves you a few bazillionIf you banned kitten and puppy videos, that would take out a good 60-75 percent of all of my web surfing.
One time my daughter had went to hang out with me at the office. We had to drop her boyfriend off at the airport in the morning, so she came with me to work. When we got home, mom asked how was it watching me work for the day and she said that she couldn't believe that I got paid for watching kitten videos all day long.
With my accent, you would think I'm an uneducated redneck, but I had some of the best teachers in the state, they cared about educating us and made damn sure we were paying attention. They didn't let a paycheck get in the way either. I got myOmg I hate that with a fiery passion. Back in my English Literature class in college we'd sometimes have to grade other students papers. I got punished for holding back my intelligence too. With my accent, you would think I'm an uneducated redneck, but I had some of the best teachers in the state, they cared about educating us and made damn sure we were paying attention. They didn't let a paycheck get in the way either. I got mypaddled on more than one occasion from kindergarten up. Why you ask? Because my teachers knew I was smarter than I was putting on paper. They made me realize that I have the potential to do anything and it's all up to me to achieve it. How else would I be able to grow top quality tomatoes and talk to you guys all day if I didn't pay attention to what they taught me
