currently yes as we also sell to retail locations, we have found that the "drip tip" ends fall out to easily. In our next order we will have blanks available though with the Drip tip caps. The white ones pop out pretty easily with a pen, and does not change the constructon of the inside of the cartos.
do all of your cartos have the hard white caps on them?

I believe the confusion is "other" vendors may be selling the same technology but using a different end cap. We had the option of using an easy pop out end cap, however we found that it popped out too easily and could lead to a chocking hazard so we decided to go with a hard end cap. If enough of our customers wanted us to use a different end cap we would be happy to offer that =P
Okay, now I'm confused after reading the comments starting at post 7 in this review:

I bought just the cartos and they have deep rubber caps.

glad you are loving your blanks
I think those caps are the similar to what another vendor calls "dripper" caps. I still just popped mine out like other 808carto caps

these blanks are great --has anyone tried the pre-filled cartomizers from smokelessimage?
