E liquid is not a cigarette. You vape different amounts than smoked, its like asking chocolate cake is how much spaghetti simply because they both contain sugar. Or 1 chocolate cake is how much soda.
If you want an answer, quickest we can give you is I vape a bottle every 3-4 days. I used to smoke 18 cigarettes a day.
But e liquid is not cigarettes and is not transferable in to a number of cigarettes. How fast you go through depends on your device, power, build, voltage, more liquid means more cloud and flavor...etc

Spencer is right. There are so many different variables when it comes to vaping that it's probably impossible to get a good comparison. I used to smoke 1.5-2 packs a day. When I started vaping with the starter kits and ProTanks I was at 24mg nicotine. WHen I started dripping I dropped to 6mg instantly as I found 24 to be way too strong and harsh. I'm at 3 now because I eventually want to taper off completely, but I do enjoy vaping and doubt I'll ever fully quit.Whatever you do, don't go back to smoking 
I tend to think of it in terms of puffs. Every device vaporizes liquid at different rates, but generally for me 1 mil equals about 200 puffs. That equals about 10 cigarettes in number of puffs.

i say, a half a pack or less IF your going by nicotine content. - the newer studies that have ben posted around, say 50mg/ml is closest to a cigarette(granted that is super harsh...).

For the time I've been vaping, my findings are also that 1ml is about a half-pack of smokes, puff count wise. Of course, mileage can vary depending upon the depth of the vape. Deeper vapes equal less per ml, shorter puffs equal more per ml.
