help with nicotine

Hey everyone so my problem is this
Where I live its illegal to sell ejuice with nic in it unless we import it from overseas and its fairly expensive so I ended up getting a free 15ml bottle of 24mg vg heavy nic offline so my question is how much of that do I add to my 0mg juice I have to make it between 3mg and 6mg? Ive already tried the online calculators but all I need to know is how many mLS of the nic do i add to a 30ml bottle of 0mg juice please help

7.5mL of your nic to 22.5mL of juice will give you a total of 6mg/mL
3.75mL of your nic to 26.25mL of juice will give you a total of 3mg/mL
