15ml bottle of Tribeca?

I see these being sold on eBay. Where did they get the 15ml Bottles at? Halo Website only lets me pick 7ml or 30ml.

My local retailer sells Halo liquid in those 15ml bottles. I dump those into spent 30ml bottles because the eyedropper is a great way to refill the Triton.
