$ 169.98 No Confirmation

I placed my order for one SB and one Pink BB yesterday....The total for My order was $169.98....My Credit Card has already settled with Altsmoke....But i have yet to receive My Confirmation of my order from Altsmoke...I have tried Contacting them through email....But i get no response at all...Although i see altsmoke staff posting on the forums....So i figure this would be the quickest way to get an answer to my questions....I know that Altsmoke is Closed. But From my understanding an automatic email should have gone out to my email confirming my order within seconds after placing it....I have no order number and i don't even know if my order went through, since i have no confirmation of my order being placed....But My credit card shows payment to Altsmoke for $169.98...So Staff at Altsmoke if you post on the ECF forums Like you have been doing all day... Why is it you can't take a few minutes and answer my emails?.. I'm not trying to say you have bad customer service since this is my first experience with Altsmoke,and it can be a misunderstanding but highly unlikely...But seeing your posts all day and not answering My emails.... Well I'm sure you get the point... I do have a genuine concern about My $170 dollars honestly speaking... I would really appreciate my emails answered or you can Answer my post.. Why i have no Confirmation as of yet on my order... Let me Just clarify something here, I'm not looking for shipment confirmation since i know it hasn't shipped yet...I'm just looking for my order acknowledgment confirmation... Thank you...



Problem solved.... Order confirmation was in my Spam folder.....

I tried to get hold of Rob for you, did you check your spam folder for the confirmation email? I know some servers may flag it as spam. When I was at his new place yesterday there were boxes everywhere.... I hope he did not get lost in there somewhere:oops:

Yes Yes Yes Thank you cddz it is in my spam folder....Found the order Confirmation....I didn't even think of checking my spam folder...But sure enough it was in there.... Thanks everyone for all your help....Problem solved...

Sorry about that :) Glad you found it! Spent the majority of today showing someone the ropes as well as letting them try all the goodies and flavors of liquid that we're going to be getting in. Still have to setup this computer at the proper location. Sorry for the delays everyone, support will be back on track as of tomorrow ;)
