If your topper of choice is producing vapor then the problem isn't with the batteries. Since it's a regulated APV either the batteries have sufficient voltage to do what you ask it to from your settings, or it doesn't and the device shuts down with a LO battery warning. Regarding your question: batteries that are aging out will show progressively shorter run times between charges.

Have you changed the resistance of the coils you are using? Higher resistance coils would produce a cooler vape.

How can you tell when your batteries have finally crapped out? I charge mine daily, have used them for four months now and for some reason I am getting almost ice cold vapes now. Equipment is a Vamo V3, Original protank, and my Aspire BDC as well.

I agree with the other responses you've gotten, it's not the battery. Something else is wrong. All you said to describe the issue was 'ice cold vapes'. Would have been nice to have a bit more information like what the vapor production is like, the flavor and if the Protank and Aspire have clean heads in them.

Both of these clearos are bottom coil designs, which don't produce particularly warm vapes even when they're running well. IMO, if the clearos are otherwise performing well, it may just be that your perception of heat has changed. If there are problems with flavor and vapor production at higher power settings and the clearos are clean, there may be an issue with the Vamo.

As Rickajho said, the thing people typically notice first when their batteries are wearing out is less time between charges.

Good luck with it :thumb:
