18350 batteries pre-charged?

are the 18350 batteries precharged or should I immediately put them on the charger straight out of the box?
or....drain them down first?

They should be partially charged. You can use one while the other charges BUT try not to run it down all the way. What PV are they going on?

Welcome , and as Vapoor has already said . Most batteries come with a little charge in them , but should be fully charged before use . And again , like he said , if you must use one while the other charges , but if they are being used together , say in a Vamo , or similar . You then should charge both of them up completely before use .

they are flat top 18350 (fits PERFECT) on a VAMO v2 with kanger protank.

first apv and first "real" tank.

like Renzuli said if youre double stacking they both need to be charged at the same time, its bad to throw them in the vamo if one battery is 50% while the other is fully charged. did you get AW brand?
