Finally got my batts today - 2x AW IMR 16340's - to go w/my new 5v switch. But no love for this combo - no light on the switch & no sizzle on the carto. Any suggestions anyone?

No advice on my issue here?

No light on the switch sounds like the unit is dead.

No gurgling, doesn't appear to have power coming through.

Several different 510's - ePower DCC's, visions, smoktech

That is what I fear. Yes, I did charge the batteries; charger had red light, then green. I have a multimeter somewhere - I just have to find it.

The switch should light up. Multimeter the 16340's, although since they are AW IMR's I think they are fine, but double check them and email Brent with hoosier to get a replacement.

I don't mean to be a pain in the ...., but my switch suddenly stopped working. My batteries are charged and the button flashes when I screw the swtich in, but nothing happens when I press the button. Using AW ICR123 batteries.

Curious... how big is this 18650 E-power compared to a KGO?
Is there anyone that can do side by side pic comparison. I'm just not sure I want a big fat mod. I'm very comfortable with KGO size, but I keep looking at 18650 mods for the extra oopmh everyone talks about. And it would be nice to keep the sleek looking 3.7 with the option of trying out 5v.
