I purchased 2 18650 LG HE4 bateries about 10 days ago used the batteries once charged them and put them away until today . I put them in my 150 watt sigelei thinking they were fully charged and sigelei doesn't power on . So I put them on my Efest charger and it says 0.0 v and batteries will not charge.
I'm clueless. Anyone can help or make suggestions please do.

That is very strange. Very low battery voltage can happen but 0.0V is rare. Though this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've heard about this lately. A couple of questions...

Do you have a meter you can use to measure the battery voltages with?

Could you take pictures of the lettering on the side of the battery and the top and bottom? It would help to determine whether they are genuine HE4's or not.

Which charger did you use? Have you used it since to confirm it's operating properly? Charge batteries in the same slot you used for the HE4's and measure the battery voltages as soon as the charge is done. Perhaps the charger damaged the batteries.

Yeah Im gonna chime in and agree check with a meter. I also think the chargers on its way out. I left a fully charged HE2, HE4 and a pair of Samsung 25rs in a storage unit back in May and finally got them a couple weeks ago and they were all still ready to rock when I got home and checked them with my multimeter.
