18650 won't charge using my Trustfire?

Just recieved my trustfire charger yesterday as well as an IMR 18650 2000mAh battery. the 2000mAh charges fine, however my 1600mAh 18650 won't charge at all. No light comes on stating it's charging.

I've tried reading the instructions, but it's in such broken English it's scary.

Do you have a multimeter to measure the voltage on the one that isnt charging? The 1600mah is an IMR and so it lacks a protection circuit. That means if it gets overdischarged to a certain point that it will go into a state of 'sleep', as there is nothing to cut off the energy flow when it reaches critically low levels, unless the device has this safety built into it.

What is the Model of your Charger?

Is the Charger Fused?

Do you have a DMM?

Are the batteries Flat-Tops?

How Old are the batteries?

I have the same Problem.. the problem is in the Charger it self.. I open it and I see one of the Soldering is attached together.. But It's to late that I notice it.. my charger is already dead It just Arrive at my home then try to charge my battery and suddenly it stop charging and no light.. Im piss off its a brand new charger then Use it one and the power supply is already busted DAMN IT.
