The Batt you are showing is the non protected version I believe, but they do come in the protected version,,, the protected version is an excellent batt and so is especially the Panasonic CGR18650CH IMR,,, you can also check them out here, I've been running both for a few weeks now and there overall performance and safety seems to excellent ! check them here = Callies Kustoms 3100mAh 18650 Panasonic Batteries
You can find them in just the Panasonic version though cheaper, just make sure your getting the real deal and not Bootlegs.

Im sure they are good, But really SuperT sells the AW protected 18650 3100mah batteries for $17.94...cant go wrong with AWs. The charger looks good also but does it only charge 17650s and 18650s as stated? I would also look at the charges at SuperTmanufacturing.com I have a Pila charger and love it, but if you dont want to spend $45 for a charger the XTAR WP2 II charger is a good choice. David at SuperT load test all the batteries he sells and recomends the AW 2600 mah protected battery over the AW 3100 mah protected battery....................

P.S. I just re-read the add for the batteries and I see you get 2 for $21.71... Now that looks like a sweet deal.........

$17.94 +S/H is pretty expensive for one cell.
