19mm Stratus positive insulators

I melted mine. Where can I get replacements. I used some extras from a steam turbine but they're not correct and my positive post spins when I tighten it down and backs out whenever I remove the rba from my mod a little bit. Anyone know where I can get the proper insulator? Or one that does in fact work properly? Thanks
