1st order from COV

I placed my 1st order last night from COV. I didn't receive a order Conf Email. Is this SOP? Usually when you order from a site they send you a Conf Order Email.

I placed an order last night and didn't receive a confirmation email, either, however I received the *shipped* email in the wee hours of the morning. Works for me!

Seems there was a blip in the system. My order was still processed and got a shipment email earlier.
