MAP DCT Cartos?

I ordered the black mega size 1.5 dual coil cartos from MAP's site for my MAP DCT and they fit perfect. I needed more but I wanted the stainless steel because I didn't want to peel off the black sticker. I went to COV and the site states the carto size for the MAP DCT is XL so I ordered the XLs from COV. When I received them and found they were too big. I then ordered the regular size dual coil carto from COV thinking they would fit. They didn't. Can someone tell me what is the correct size dual coil carto for the MAP DCT? Thanks in advance.

I been using the MAP DCT and obtained cartos from COV here:

510 XL Dual Coil Cartomizers - Steel 3 ohm

I think you got it right, ordering XL,, maybe that's not what you received?
These work splendid with tank and ProVari.

EDIT:: For low resistance 1.5ohm, what you would need is below.
(also available in 1.25ohm I believe)

I ordered the exact 1.5 dual coils you linked. I compared that link to the link in my order. COV must have shipped the wrong ones. O'well. MAP never have the steel in stock or the black for that matter. The ones MAP has listed as mega fit. I guess that's why I'm not understanding why he list them as mega and COV list them as XL. I did find some SS listed as mega so I'll see if they fit. If they don't, I'm just going to give up on the MAP DCT. Too much money sunk into the wrong sized carts. I'll be going back to the vapemape. Pardon the rant, I'm just a little frustrated with the 20 cartos I have that don't fit. Thanks for the info.

What size are these cartos? Both cartos are SmokeTech 1.5 dual coils.

Hhmm.. the 3ohm steel XL mega cartos I received from COV link above, are the same size as black carto you have pictured.. 2" long including thread. Does that steel carto, in your attachment, have a wider diameter as well as being longer than 2 inches? Wouldn't it still work in tank, being a bit longer w/ same diameter?
I'm baffled... the MAP DCT works too well to give up on..

MAP and I both use the XL Dual Coils. They should be the same size! I have not experienced this.
Maybe a factory inconsistancy? You should be able to use them, the DCT MAP Tank has the inner o-rings, so you can move it up or down on the carto.
FYI, steel is the one to get, the labels are hard to get off clean.

Yes, the diameter is wider making it useless for the MAP DCT.

That would be my guess ez'... especially since the diameter is even larger. Gosh, I sure hope so vs. "factory inconsistencies".
Anyway,, hope you get it worked out.. no doubt, frustrating. From what I have read here and other forums, COV has great customer service.. and should fix this up for ya.. after all, your username says your "easy to deal with", and word is Bruce as well.
