Vaporshark DNA30. For me the best sub-100 dollar device out there. Consistently gets great reviews and the guys over at VS will give you excellent post-sales service.
Other than that, you have a few options. iPV mini is probably the latest device. I don't own one, so offer no opinions. If you look around the forums though, you'll see a lot of threads about it.
I would just caution a little bit. The Aspire will work at 30 watts, but some users have reported that they have to take it to 35-40 to get the best out of it, which you will not be able to do. If you are using your device maxed out all the time, your battery life will suffer.
Also, remember that for some devices, 0.5 ohms is the cut-off as to how low they can fire. All it takes is coil that is slightly lower in resistance than it is marked as and you won't be able to fire your new tank on your APV (assuming you are using the 0.5ohm heads - I know others will be available soon)
