I used a prewrapped coil that came with it, but wicked it myself. Surprised by how well its working, factory juice channels still, using 60 pg juice and wicking better than stock .5 coils. Taste seems a little better too. Seems like its hotter than stock coils so I'm running it under 15 watts, coil reads as .6 on my istick 30wt. I didn't think I'd get into rebuilding but now I'm rethinking things. Might start looking into an a real rta. Any suggestions for an rta with as much airflow as possible for sub ohm coils for a beginner?

you are already vaping it my friend! You might try the new ST plus RBA deck with bigger juice flow. They are available now at a reasonable price (eg around $6 from Fasttech for authentics, and cloned versions for a couple of bucks each!)

Interesting, I've heard many don't think the small channels worked well. So far its sucking up the juice and not flooding.

Yesterday I bought the Zepherus SP authentic and a clone.

It has an RDA gives you more room between the posts and the wall than the RDA for the Subtank mini and it is top filled to boot so you can completely fill the tank.
