That's about right. Make sure you are not drawing too hard on the ecig. Suck in lots of vapor into the mouth and then inhale into the lungs. If the Nicotine is too strong you could dilute it with VG/ Glycerine from the pharmacy- in the band aids/ first aid section next to the isopropyl alcohol. Because VG is so thick you may want to add some distilled water, PG, vodka or pure grain alcohol. Only few drops at a time in the bottle of juice and shake well afterwards.
1.2%= 12 mg.

Welcome mothermucker. Your body is going to react quickly when you quit smoking. The transition from analog to e cigs can be a challenge. Getting more oxygen to your brain can cause this and may do so off and on until you adjust to it. Nicotine level can also be a factor here. Right now you don't know what is "right" for you and it will take some trial and error to figure that out. There is no "black and white" as to what level of nic you should be using. Vaping is not smoking and it will take some time to get used to it. Also, drink a lot of water. Vaping can dehydrate you very quickly. Be patient and ask questions. :)

Here's an Ecig dictionary:

You are using pre filled cartridges and most are not happy with them- taste, harshness, etc. Most use cartomizers and buy the juice separately and fill the cartos/ caromizers. Cartos usually last about 1 week, depending on the brand, and cost about $2.00. There was recently a complaint by a Vet about companies not supplying Starter Kits with cartos and only cartridges. A world of difference with cartos and also cheaper IMHO.

First day with my pv I did the same thing to myself. In fact I've done it a couple times since too.

First day due to huffing too hard. Gave myself the room spins... Figured that out by the next day. Since then, usually happens when I receive an order of juice. Sit down and have to try everything right there and then... Hello too much nic!

Hopefully I will not do that again when my next order of flavours shows up. But no guarantee... :glare:

You're welcome. I am also a newbie but have read so many stories such as yours. Some have had far larger problems than you're experiencing while others have been fine. Vaping does have a learning curve and that's why the ECF Forum is so vital for vapers- support, advice and being among friends who want the best for one another.
At least you have been introduced to the world of vaping and the possibility that you can quit analogs...think of the millions out there that are trying all sorts of pills, patches, hypnosis, acupuncture without success. My personal experience with myself and many friends is that vaping does work but sometimes that learning curve is a little bit of a hurdle.
The Best of Luck to You, Vapoor.

Thanks for the link, my thought was less to worry about~ I guess I will need to give it more time
