1st Week with my new VK

Well, its been 1 whole week with my Vapor King and I've got to tell you that I have reduced my analog consumption 90%. I did not order a starter kit. Instead I pieced an order together with the items I thought I would need.

I am in Iraq and I needed a charger that could work on 220 ac. VK was the only one I could find that actually said so on its site. I also ordered the PCC. This has been very convenient. Aside from some sleight troubles with the auto-battery, everything has been working fine.
From what I have been able to find out, the VK is a KR808D. Does anyone know what this is eqivalent to? I am thinking of ordering one of the battery mods but I have compatibility concerns.

Otherwise, I am totally satisfied with the VK and look forward to putting the analogs down for good very soon.

Welcome and congrats! That is a huge accomplishment!

Don't know much about mods, but if you haven't tried the extra long battery (lasts roughly 6 hours charged) those are awesome!

What kind of troubles are you having with the auto battery? You shoudl definately let Steve or Mark know , they may have some guidelines to help u

Rob at vapor country is making a mod with a cartomizer adapter.Its too big for me.I have xtra longs like Jen and Im happy as can be.

Does anyone know what this is eqivalent to? I am thinking of ordering one of the battery mods but I have compatibility concerns.

Any battery mod that uses a 901 atomizer is compatible if you use this adapter:

I have a Silver Bullet from Altsmoke and use it that way all the time.

Here is a link...but the one I like the most is missing and I can't think of the name of it. If I can remember I will come back and post. It comes in 2 sizes and the price is reasonable....$80.00 if I recall correctly and it is machined...not a flashlight mod. Maybe someone else will know.

I assume that you are in the military and if so I wanted to say thank you for your service and thank your family if you are married for their service as well. Also keep your head down and be safe!

Thank you for the replys. And Pawpaw, I did order the "Chuck" with the 901 adapter. The long battery life impressed me and I need it for extended missions. Sometimes I'm out for two or three days without access to electricity. So I think the chuck will work fine and I think the 901 adapter will work with my VK Cartomizers.
