I use an eGo-T 1000 maH battery with occasionally cartridge/atomizer, but typically with cartos. My battery spits out a consistent 3.7V. I've successfully used cartos (fluxomizers) at 2.6-2.8, but found that the 2.4-2.6ohm fluxomizers gave more flavor, warmer vapor, and was generally just plain better. I've used Smoktech eGo dual coil carto too, which is a big 'ol carto that takes probably 3-5mL of juice and it's a 1.5ohm carto. I found though that 1.5ohms is just too much of a strain for that battery, or at that output voltage, though as I got some crackling noises that I traced, not to condensation on the battery terminus or to a drop of leaking juice, but rather to ... electrical arcing I think. I am using a 1.7ohm Resurrector carto I just got today though and I'm loving it. Voluminous vapor, great flavor, warm vapor, and my battery doesn't seem to make any more scary crackling noises when it shouldn't. I've read that the 2.0ohm Boge LR cartos are ideal for a 3.7V device, and that is maybe correct, I haven't tried them yet. I would say that somewhere between 1.7 and 2.6 ohms is what you'd be shooting for maybe.
