2.5 ohm dual coil?

I have a 5 volt mod and the 1.5 ohm dual coil cartomizers do not work. Will the 2.5 ohm dual coils work on my 5 volt mod?

They should work fine. I have used the 1.5 on 5v. What type of mod do you have?

Im not familiar with that mod but maybe someone else is. Id make sure that it isnt just 1- carto that maybe isnt making a good connection with the center post. Do you have another 1.5 to try out? If not, I cant think of why it isnt working.. Sorry.

1.5 is pretty low for 5v. maybe the Foxy box has protection against that (treats it like a short and cuts out?).

1.5ohm's don't work on hubby's ProVari or my Buzz's but the 2.5ohm do. All units are set at 5V. Hope this helps.

i have a dual coil 1.5 also i use on my infinity i cant use it above 4.3v or it cuts out but 4.3v is an alright vape i would like to get 5 outa it so i ordered a 3.2 ohm instead.

than I guess they wont work. is a little low for 5v/ The 2.5's are very nice at 5v. I use them a lot On GLV, Provari and other mods.
They are better imo than the 1.5 for voltages above 4v.

Mods like the provari with the protection when using th DC Cartos usually wont go above 3.7 I have some DC's that wont go above 3.4 on my Provari the protection circuit shuts down the system and or gives an errror code.

They have 2.0 ohm ones also, that can be cranked up quite high and not kick those circuit protections. Great news is that all those ole mechanical mods get their day in the sun again and poor little VVs get sidelined. Interesting to see us matching a mod to a carto, instead of a carto to a mod these days 8)

The 2.0ohm ones are single coil though, right? I haven't seen a 2.0ohm that says it was two fours in parallel. -Magnus

correct me if I'm wrong, but i am under the impression that i read that the new improved BUZZ PRO will be able to handle LR and DC's ... 1.5 Ohm, no problem.

I have a madvapes 5V box mod with the blue trustfire batteries, and it works perfectly well with 1,5Ohm dualies
