There shouldnt be any difference in taste as long as there similar attys. 3.2v with LR attys would still be the same as a 3ohm atty at 5v . You really got to talk wattage vaped since 3.2v could mean a powerful vape with LR or a very weak vape with a SR
Very different situation with ss mesh and rebuildable attys. If I had a 2.5-3ohm carto, I'd be up there ~4.9V, but since most of the coils I wrap end up ~1.3-1.8ohms, I enjoy the lower end.. same taste, better vapor, and a lot longer battery life.

So here the deal.. When I use a Joye LR atty on my Precise+ 18650.. I use a freshly charged battery (4.2) volts..Now when its under load it reads 4.0 volts.. So the atty is 1.5 ohms = 10.66 watts
Now using my Provari set at 4.7 volts with a Joye SR atty @ 2.1 ohms = 10.52 watts
Even though the wattage is the same the higher voltage vape is warmer and stronger IMO......
