So, I have been using the Nebula for about a month now. I like it but since the Defender arrived my Nebulas are now used as back-up only.

Immediately I noticed a more voluminous vaping experience and a slightly fuller flavor experience. (I'm coughing alot more as well - LOL) Additionally, I'm getting about 10 hours use and it works great until it dies. It works until it's dead - good thing in my book.

The price is right. You do need to work the 1st few carts on the unit as mentioned by everyone else.

As far as the carts not fitting into the attachment piece: I put the attachment on after the cart is in place. It's a non-issue.

As I have only been vaping for a month I would reccomend a defender manual on the V9 site that covers a few things:
  1. How do I clean it?
  2. Should I stand it up when not in use or lay it down? What's better for the unit life as well as vaping experience?
  3. Do I start puffing upon pressing the button or wait for that little pop sound?
Another questions I have:
What kind of life expectancy am I looking at?

The unit is great. I did wake up coughing today so any feedback or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Service feedback:
The service from V9 is top notch. I finally posted 5 times here at ECF just so I can now post on the V9 forum and rave about it.

On the receipt Ben personally wrote a thank you note addressing me and my wife. In business, especially dealing internationally as PV dealers typically do, you are always going to have sitations beyond your control. The thing is, where you can control things you must. Customer service/communication is a business variable that is always within one's control and V9's service/communication is consistently A+.

Although I have only been vaping for a month I have placed at least 4 orders and the experience is always satisfying.

I'm a huge fan. Now that I met my 5 post requirement for new ECF members, I look forward to communicating with other fans.

Thanks Ben and Co.

Awesome..this is what we like to hear. Thanks for the feedback

How do I clean it?

-wipe it down with a soft cloth if you have to..use a little glass cleaner if you need to but don't get it too wet around the button.

Should I stand it up when not in use or lay it down? What's better for the unit life as well as vaping experience?

-does not matter

Do I start puffing upon pressing the button or wait for that little pop sound?

-i start puffing immediately..don't push the button and leave it...
hope this helps :)
