2 drips per six hits?

Hi,

I read somewhere that they drip 2 drips per six hits. I've been doing that for a few days but have noticed today that my Ego is starting to sort of bubble very slightly. Am I killing my Atty?

I have been smoking the Janty juice for about a month and then got some stuff from Tasty Vapor. The Janty is pure PG while this was 10% vg and 90% PG. I'm not getting the sensation from TV that I get with Janty. Is that the reason is the mix of VG? Or does Tasty Vapor just suck? BTW they are both 25 mg. Or is it that I need to clean my atty?

thats about what i get out of 2 drips, by bubbling do you mean almost like a gurgling sound? thats how i know my atty isnt dry yet, when that sound stops i usually drip again. strange but i can hear when theres juice in my atty.

Usually if it's a gurlging sound it means it's alittle flooded. If you hear like a sizzling noise then it's normal. How much hits you get per 2 drops can vary from the way you vape. If you take a longer drag you will get less hits, and etc. 2 drops for 6 hits is about right. But normally, I dun count how many hits I take, when it's losing flavor getting alittle dry taste I will just drip in 2 more drops again.

are you adding 2 drops because thats all you can fit in the atty before its flooding? im adding 10 drops every time

a standard 510 atty with bridge can take 6ish from my experience if really dry, debridged you get 3 if you're lucky before it's flooded.

i just hit it until i get a flavor loss then drip 2 or 3 drops.

hmm, thats strange. if i'm tail piping and don't feel like using/lost my cart... one or two drips normally gives me like 20 hits or even more. i feel for me, if i add more than 2 or 3 drips direct to the atty it floods. not rendering useless but definitely over full.

on a pyrex drip tip and standard 510 atty, I put 5 drips in, and can usually hit it 5-6 times.

sorry guys. As mentioned I have a Janty ego (not the joye). 2 drips is like filling a thin layer on my atty. well it's not gurgling its more of a sizzling like suggested. But I've been hitting this tonight for awhile and it's still sizzling without putting in extra drips. I've hit it probably 30 times now and I haven't noticed a drop in vapor or taste (although the hit sux but I think it's the juice). I just don't want to ruin my atty. This is the best thing I've done for myself in awhile and I don't want to ruin it.

well at least the Tasty Vapor caramel apple sucks. Taste like original flavor bubblegum. From other vendors they say CA is supposed to be more apple with a hint of caramel. This just tastes like bubblegum. Trying Mrs. T's next time. Just redripped my Janty liquid. Tastes great.

k......the sizzling stopped but it was about 50 hits and it tastes burnt. Thats 2 drips per 6 hits in the last week. Does that mean the Ego's atty conserves more?

I don't normally count hits. If the flavor and/or vapor is dropping off I try adding 2-3 drops. I can usually tell that I've made the correct assumption if I get a wisp of vapor. That lets me know the atty was dry and ready for more. If I hear a gurgling noise, that usually means it's flooded. Then I'll blow it out, vape once. Then fill and go. A flooded atty can vape just as poorly as a dry atty.
You do want to be careful not to burn it. Blech. If I get a burnt taste I'll usually swap it out for a clean atty.

I totally screwed up I think. Sort of. I didn't realize the cart I had was full of liquid with the material in it. I thought I was just dripping! So that explains the extra hits although 50 hits is still a bit crazy.

I burnt my atty today because I had it in my pocket and didn't have the cover for the button. I kept smelling something burnt when I sat down. Turns out it was me! I'll have to clean it out.

It's definitely confirmed the Janty liquid hits harder. -1 for TV I still say. Agree to disagree.
