Here's my 2 questions....

1) When rebuilding my coil, do I always have to use Temp Control if I'm using Ti or Ni wire?

2) Can a nickle coil like Ni200 be used with Watts? Or just Temp Control? Or does it depend upon whether or not I'm sub-ohming (going below 1.0 ohm?

Thanks to anybody who can help me.

Thanks puffon! Are there no other Nickle wires except for Ni200?

In other words, I can't use Watts for any of my Nickle wire?
Sure there are other grades of nickel (like ni201), but you shouldn't use any of them without the protection of tc. Why do you want to use specifically nickel in vw mode? You could use nichrome though. Nickel and chromium, and safe in vw mode. Titanium you could basically use in vw, but you need to be careful and the results really aren't optimal. Some have used titanium with unregulated mods, where the increase in resistance gives a pseudo-tc experience. Still, better not to. Use stainless steel, kanthal, or nichrome in vw or unregulated mode.

1: Yes.
2: Not a good idea.

3: "Or does it depend upon whether or not I'm sub-ohming (going below 1.0 ohm?"
Makes no sense. There isn't really anything as 'sub-ohming'. The description 'sub-ohming' really made a little sense when using mech mods running at 4 volts, in which case 'sub-ohming' really translated to mean vaping at over 20 watts and therefore making a lot of cloud.
