Hello for everyone! I have 2 questions.

1) I have 8084 mini e-cig, and I just tried to smoke it without cartridge(I forgot that i didn't put in the cartridge) and I reveal that it's still vaporing. And my question is, how it can react without the filter?

2) I have 36mg e-juice, and i wanna to delute it, because it's too high for me. How can I do it?

1. The vapor you see without the cart is residual juice left on your atty from the last cartridge-equipped vape you took.

2. Cut it with vegetable glycerin or food-grade PG. Some flavoring will make up for the dilution of your juice,... but I'll leave the details of that to others with more experience mixing than I (as in, I've had none to date).
